I booked the train ticket NR**************** for the following and since my friends wanted to go together to Guwahati so I cancelled the ticket and then booked a new one where we can get the same coach and our seats can be near .
MakeMyTrip has said within * -* August it will be refunded and it has been showing that money has been refunded but it's still not credited .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
