I have booked my flight from Toronto to Ahmedabad on ****-**-**. My date of travel was ****-**-**. Unfortunately, the flight got canceled and no refund has been made to date.
I want to request you to help us with the refund as soon as possible.
I've attached the ticket invoice and flight ticket for your reference.
Please let us know if you require any further information.
