Hello sir,
I order Redmi y* (dark,grey,**GB) of ₹***** from Amazon.in ,which was deliver on ** september ****
But Mobile phone iss missing in delivery box ,when I inform Amazon customer support ,they told me to share the delivery invoice which I shared,
but shortly after sharing,A Amazon special team has closed my account for the reason of violating terms and condition.and then after contact
They re-opened the account for ** hours,because next day the account was closed again.
Then when I asked him
I want to know what type of violation has been done by me.
I requested to share proof related to Violation.
Issue was rejected by them without sharing anything.
However I said that If any kind of violation has occurred to me, then I am ready to pay double amount of the order MRP
But no response was received from them and eventually my account was blocked.
So I request you please take seriously and investigate on your level and Help me get my money back.
