Sir,
I have booked Marks Hotel, Opp. Infospace (Unitech) Building, Plot No. * and *, Gate No. *, Sector-**, Noida-****** for my stay in Noida from **.**.**** to **.**.**** through GOIBIBO for a total period of * nights. I have checked in to the hotel on **.**.**** and immediately checked out from my hotel on the request of the Hotelier as me and my wife were conversing in a bit high pitch. Upon checking out, the hotelier informed that I shall get my refund back online through the GOIBIBO support. However, I have contacted Goibibo support several times and latest being on **.**.**** with the support executive by the name Miss. Sweta who informed that my booking fees has actually been deposited in the account of the said hotel (Marks Hotel, Opp. Infospace (Unitech) Building, Plot No. * and *, Gate No. *, Sector-**, Noida-******) and now they are denying refund of my money. In this regard and subjecting myself to such harassment, I requested GOIBIBO support executive to provide me the number of the hotelier and accordingly the support executive provided me with the contact details of the hotelier" Mr. Tanweer Hayat with his handheld **********". On my request also through telephone on **.**.****, Mr. Tanweer Hayat refused to process my refund. I even requested him to hold my hotel rent for * day and return me my booking amount for the next day which I have never availed, but to my dismay, he even refused to that.
The total amount paid by me for * nights is to a tune of Rs. ****/- i.e., **** rupees approx. for a single night stay. My account number with the IFSC code is given below for your ready reference to help me out in getting my refund back. I only expect refund of amount for * night i.e., Rs.****/- so that the interest of the Hotel is not disrupted.
