Cars 24 - Refund of Holdback amount not recieved

I had sold my car through cars**... And they had hold Rs ***** ( rs ***** against car challan pending and rs ***** for RC transfer) .... Their Sales associate had confirm that they will return the penalty amt of rs ***** when the challan amount will be cleared by me ... As they were pending in court so they took time and after resolving I contacted company upon which they said it will not be return. When spoken strictly for doing fraud by them then on complaint they return only **** rs For rest **** rs they have replied that they have paid the challan amt of rs **** Hence it will not be returned. I Even provided the reciept of amount paid by me. Still they denied. ... Their sales associate is also not respomding...
