Cars 24 - evaluation person had damaged my car in an accident

I had approached Cars** to sell my **** Honda Jazz *.*L I-Vtech V, Cars** appointment ID ***********. The Cars** person came for a test drive and he met my car with an accident. It had been a scene and my car had been taken to the police station. From our local support the situation had been handled without further escalation. Otherwise it would have been defamation case against Cars**. Now, I am asking Cars** for compensation but they are not answering my calls.

Had my car been undamaged I would have negotiated it for higher price. But now I am in problem and no one from Cars** bother to help me.
