Individual - Refund of Fraudulent Transaction thru PayU money Portal

Dear Sir,
Please find below the details of my transaction which was done on *th Jun,****.

The above transaction does not reflect on the PayU account nor on the portal of the and the amount is debited from my bank account.
I have been trying all your call center numbers in Gurugram,Bangalore and Pune where there is no response.
I filed a complaint immediate with PayU portal on *th Jun, and received a reply that the issue will be resolved by **th Jun. I sent a reminder on **th Jun, to know the status, I receive a reply that it will be resolved by **th Jun. Please find below the ref No.
