Individual - Paid confirmed booking denied by Property

I made a Hotel booking through Agoda and the booking was fully paid and confirmed. Then I called the property to confirm the booking and it was denied by the property owner. They says they DO not accept any booking from Agoda. Now I have raised this concern to Agoda and since last * days they have been telling me to wait while they are looking into it. No other response have been given to me so far. My whole trip is screwed as I had to make some other bookings as well enroute to my destination both to and fro sides. The Agoda customer service is not even ready to give a call and discuss the matter.
