Hello,
I want to escalate about delivery person who is rudely behaviour and delivered parcel today.
AWB No : ***********
He is unable to deliver the parcel in *nd floor and rudely speaking can't able to come upstairs, come in ground floor or leave it. Today only ladies alone in home and she can't able to come down hence i sent kid to collect it.
Please take lesson to him how to speak with others.
If you want I will escalate next level of higher management.
