I had booked a flight ticket on Vistara flight no. UK*** vide PNR No. **KBAT
which was initially scheduled to depart at *.** am on *.*.**. But the change in time i.e. *.** am on *.*.** wasn't intimated to me via an email even though your policies clearly cite this.
I've had to face great inconveniences because of such grave negligence on part of your airline service.
I contacted you but you cited the reason that my travel agent i.e goibibo did not forward to you my email ID but on enquiring of the same with goibibo, I was intimated that such details were forwarded and was asked to contact you again. But I have received no replies from you even though * days have passed since this have been intimated to you.
So, I demand a refund of my full flight fare in addition to damages for incoveniences I have had to face.
