I'm sending this mail again as I'm not getting a reply to my previous email sent on Jan **, Jan **, Jan **, Jan **, Jan **th, ****.
I also made a complaint on call also. The complaint number is TCT******
I'm writing this mail to report my missing voucher.
Last month, There were * vouchers visible in my account. Fortunately, I took a screenshot and attaching below.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
