On **th July, I applied for a ground staff vacancy after seeing an email advertisement. The advertisement mentioned an HR representative named Ritu Sinha, to whom I sent my resume. On the same day, I received a job confirmation email requesting a payment of ₹*,*** as a registration security fee via a specified UPI ID. Later that evening, I participated in a telephonic interview with a senior HR named Shivam Rathore.
On **th July, I received an email informing me of my selection for the position, with a joining date of *st August and a medical test scheduled for **th July. The appointment letter also mentioned an ₹*,*** payment required for training, which would be refunded on the day of joining.
On **th July, I received an email containing an agreement and was asked to pay ₹**,*** for the legal agreement.
On **th July, an email informed me that my joining credentials would be sent after the generation of my Employee ID and Gate Pass, for which I needed to pay ₹**,***. However, the credentials were not sent, and the dates were repeatedly postponed.
On **th July, I received an email asking for ₹**,*** for GST, with the promise that the total amount I had paid so far would be refunded upon GST completion. A verification form for document verification was also sent. The email later mentioned that my joining date was delayed due to another candidate’s negative verification report.
On **st July, I received an email stating that my new joining date was **th August, with the medical test rescheduled for **th August. I was also asked to pay ₹**,*** for an aviation certificate.
On *th August, another individual named Ankush Sejwal contacted me through the girl HR, informing me that my application was on hold due to a pending signature from the HOD on my file, which was delaying the courier dispatch. Then, on **th August, I received an email regarding the courier dispatch, requesting a security payment of ₹**,***. Ankush also spoke to my parents, assuring them that the courier would be dispatched on the morning of **th August, and we would receive it by the evening. However, now both their numbers are switched off.

They are also not responding to my WhatsApp messages. All emails were sent from hr.airlines@infovistara.com.

I have all the proof, including some call recordings, payment receipts, and email screenshots. This situation has caused me significant mental distress and financial hardship, especially as I come from a middle-class family with my father being a farmer and my mother a housewife.
I demand an immediate refund of all the payments I have made. please help me in this situation.
