I have booked Jet Airways tickets from Make my Trip for * pax on *th Feb **** (Mumbai - Singapore - Mumbai, travel dates - **th May **** - **th May ****). MMT confirmation number - NN*************. MMT followed up for refund for a year post cancellation and than abruptly closed the ticket withing providing any resolution and now there is no response even after so many reminder emails. Request help to get my refund please
