I have booked my air tickets on Lufthansa airlines to Austria in Dec **** and later tried contacting goibibo since February, when Lufthansa announced to refund the amount due to COVID-** scare. Unfortunately there is no proper response from them even after writing several emails and sending messages to their official tweet on twitter. Now even their website has posted that Lufthansa is refuding the amount as they have cancelled the flights themselves due to internation travel ban. Every time they give a standard response that they have high inflow of complaints. This is highly frustrating because if the airlines does not give refund of amount but only rescheduling options, then there is a time limit for rescheduling and I am afraid that I will miss the timelines. The amount is very big for a middle class salaried employee like me.
