Toothsi - Refund of booking amount not paid

After watching an ad for free consultation by tootshi, I called them up for my dental checkup. After dental check up, their representative gave me an exorbitant price estimate of Rs. **k for dental alignment work. However, they also give you a lucrative offer that if you book now on the spot with a booking amount of Rs. **k, the same price will be reduced to **k from **k. In the same manner they took booking money from me also and told that if I change up my mind later, they would refund the whole amount within **-** days from the date of cancellation. Now that I had made up my mind and decided not to go for their programe I contacted their representative and informed her to cancel my booking. But after constant for more than * month, now she is giving me reference of toothsi policy and telling that Rs. *k will be deducted and remaining Rs. *k only will be refunded to me which had never been mentioned to me earlier by any of the toothsi representatives.
