Oda class pigeon education pvt Ltd - Refund of amount paid

Dear Sir,
We had enrolled our child for class * online class with Oda Classes in Dec **** (for ****-**** year). However, we wanted to withdraw from the course due to clash with other activities as early as Mar ****( much before classes started in Apr ****). We didnt login to the classes after that as we wanted full refund. Even after repeated mails to support@pigeonedu.com and calls to mentor and their manager were never answered or whatsapp messages never received any reply. However, in the meanwhile, they made calls saying..you login once as your account is inactive...then we will process your refund. I didnt trust them anymore because of my experience with them(not responding for our refund request). I told them, that you give a mail with same reason( that you will process my refund request once you login, as your account is inactive). From then, they didnt call me..they started calling my wife who is not aware of these frauds but luckily she too didnt fall for their trap. We request refund of the amount paid at the earliest.
