School organised a tour to France & Spain through Edterra Edventures Pvt Ltd and we paid the full amount to the travel company but due to lockdown the trip was cancelled and we have not got our money back. Visa and ticketing was also not done. We had paid the initial amount of Rs.**,***/- in October **** and Rs. * lakh in Feb ****. It has been over a year now and the travel company is refusing any refund.
