Makemytrip - REFUND OF AIR FARE

I had purchased * Air Tickets from makemytrip.com to travel from DEL to Kullu on **th Jan'** ,the tickets were booked in Air India flight.I had paid Rs *****/- for these flight tickets.However one ticket in respect of Dr Hira Lal Sharma was cancelled as per my request on * th Jan '** for which i got the refund of Rs ****/.On **th Jan '** other four passengers had boarded the flight from del to kullu via chandigarh (** min technical stopover ) at Chandigarh .On reaching chandigarh ,we were made to sit inside the plane for nearly * hours and thereafter the Air India officials told us that this flight has been cancelled due to bad weather at kullu airport,the Air India officials had told us that you will be reimbursed full amt and gave us a certificate to this effect and copy of same is attached .
On **th Jan' ** ,I had raised a claim for full refund with makemytrip.com with the attached certificate and on **th Jan '** refund claim was declined ,again on **th Jan '** i raised a claim again it was declined **st Jan '** .
Thereafter on *nd Feb i had first gone to Air India counter at delhi airport from there I was sent to Delhi Air India office safdarjung with the certificate and met the official concern .i was told that the full amt will be reimbursed within * to * days but no avail .I discussed the matter with makemytrip and airindia through facebook /twitter dm/calls on an umpteen no of times .The officials both in MMT and Air India never gave a correct information to me which was highly disrupting ,after going through mental harassment,i filed a grievance against makemytrip.com on **th march after which i received a call from refund backhand team Mr Sanoob Meppadath asking me to send him the certificate provided by air india which i did so, i was told that u will get the refund within to * to ** days .
On *rd April MMT again raised the refund claim with the air india ,however on *th april i received a message from MMT that refund claim has been declined with the reason -Flight was operational ,passenger did not board , passenger is no show
Both MMT and Air India have been giving me misleading information on one or the other pretext and did not take any action to refund the full amt of * passengers .
They keep on refusing the claim by stating that the passengers have flown ,ticket was utilized and flight was operational. and now they are giving the above mentioned reason .
It would be seen from facts given in the preceding paragraphs ,both these organizations have been harassing me for last * months and therefor i have no choice accept to approach VOXYA for re rehearsal of my grievance and get the airfare reimbursed to me at the earliest
