I had a failed transaction through Paytm on *th April (bank passbook * th April) while paying a electricity bill. The amount was deducted from my bank. But the transaction was failed. First Paytm Said that they have refunded the amount right away but after two and a half months they had again said that the money was refunded on **th June. It all happened due to continuous tweet from my side.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
