I ordered a grocery of Rs. *** via Upi app on Dunzo (Pune) on ****-**-** **:** PM, but, Dunzo delivery neither delivered my order nor refunded the above amount.
A message via app mentioned that due to unavailability of stock, my order is cancelled & I will receive a refund of *** rupees...
Its been a more than a month, I am requesting them on their Dunzo app via chat to refund my amount, but not a satisfactory response received till date..
My request is to look into this matter and issue me a refund of *** rupees as soon as possible.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
