I returned * sarees to Kalki Fashion on ** Dec **** due to extremely poor quality of fabric and overall product. I got the refund for one saree but not for the *nd saree worth ₹**,*** which was returned along with the *st one. I have been following up repeatedly with their incompetent customer service team, but have not received my refund till now. Initially, they claimed that only one saree was picked up, when I happened to have screenshots from my CCTV footage of the courier partner collecting BOTH sarees, they accepted that both parcels were collected - but have still not initiated my return. They keep buying more time by telling me that an ‘investigation by the logistic team’ as they are trying to locate the missing saree in their warehouse. I have already asserted that locating the missing saree in their warehouse has nothing to do with the customer refund as it was picked up from my house, but they are simply a fraud company and want to hold on to **k that they swindled from their loyal customer. Zeba from Kalki REFUSES to put me in touch with a senior manager which makes me believe that there is no formal management team and they run their business by employing untrained and incompetent junior staff. Please do not buy anything from them or you can be sure that you will not get a refund for their poor quality yet expensive items!!
