Kalki Fashion - Order

This mail is in refernce for order number # *********** which was placed on *st July **** and was delivered on *th July ****
I placed return request on WhatsApp on *th of July and then after multiple follow ups and coordination same was picked up on **th July ****, it was me who was following up for the return,after couple of days I was following up for my refund on WhatsApp / customer service as I m in need of Those funds urgently as i m getting married next month and I wanted to buy an outfit for my wedding . The one which I ordered from Kalki was so tight that I couldn’t try also !
The outfit which was returned to you back had a tag and was same the way it was delivered to me, I just opened , tried wearing as I told u earlier I did not even try coz it did not fit me, after follow ups , I get a mail saying that quality check was failed and refund won’t be possible.
This is very disheartening that for no fault of mine my money is stuck and I regret big time to order from Kalki
I have been following up for my refund since long now and I m not getting any positive revert from WhatsApp team as well Samir from Customer care to whom spoke over call.
I have been asking for escalation matrix, no one shred and I have just spoken to Samir who is also not able to resolve the issue and have been telling that refund is not possible
I have also requested for quality check video before and after sending this outfit as I am pretty sure that the stain is not coz of me
I would also like to request you to seek video from
Courier as I m very sure that stains are not coz of me.
Requesting your kind support to initiate refund or urgent basis I am in need of funds as m getting married next month and my wedding outfit is pending coz of this.
