Kalki Fashion - Refund not initiated

**th Nov : I ordered a Lehenga from Kalki Fashion for which I raised a return request immediately as the lehenga was not good for me. Initially I contacted them multiple times over chat, call and email to initiate pickup for which they keep saying pickup is initiated..
*th Dec : After days of communication, the product was picked up and then once the product was return back to Kalki on **th Dec, I asked for refund for which they said that quality check is pending.
I am communicating ever since for the refund but they are saying we have told the finance team to process refund but its been ** days and the refund is not even initiated.
