*. I booked air ticket from ahmedabad to bangalore through veer trip agency vide their order id No ******** dated ** Mar **** under which indigo flight scheduled dated ** Apr **** but the flight has been cancelled due to situation of covid-**.
*. In this regard, i approched customer care of indigo airlines and they confirmed me that refund for amounting to Rs.****/- has been initiated by us, now you may approach your agent for refund.
*. I contact supporting team via chat since ** Jun **** several times but no any information received.
