Veer Trip agency - REFUND OF CANCELLED FLIGHT NOT IS NOT YET RECEIVED DESPITE MULTIPLE PROMISES

Dear Mam/Sir I Sikander Kumar had cancelled my Air India flight ticket on ** Nov **** due to Reschedule of my flight. The date of travel was ** Nov ****. My Airlines PNR was JJRK* and E-Ticket no. was *************. However I contacted to Air India airlines customer care and travel agency through lots of calls and a large number of mails. Air India airlines and travel agency promises me that your refund will be processed with in **-** days.However today ** days ate completed but still I can't received any confirmation regarding my refund and my refund is nit yet initiated, Air India airlines and travel agency veer trip still told me it will take more time. Air India airlines and travel agency veer trip make these types of promises a lots of time and make fake promises and still I can't received any confirmation mail from Airlines and travel agency veer trip regarding my refund. I am suffering from my financial losses due to Air India Airlines, travel agency veer trip and victimized from fake promises made by Air India Airlines and travel agency veer trip.
