I Naresh Singh Marwal booked ticket from Leh to Delhi. I am being in Armed forces due to exgencirs of service could not travel and I cancelled ticket vide order ID no ******** dated ** October ****. Inspite of my repeated requests refund has not yet been processed and credited in my account till today.
Kindly instruct dealing staff to process refund at the earliest.
