On **th July, I booked Ticket for **th July from Jammu to Kolkata(Via Delhi) for the following passengers:

Ticket amount *****/-. The ticket was cancelled from their end and initiated the Refund. Till now, *th Aug'** , I have not received my amount. Everyday they are saying it has some Technical issues from Merchant sides. We have escalated my concern will be reflected within ** Hours.
