This is Vivek here. I have booked a flight for my brother from Lucknow to Bangalore with full cancellation coverage for *th June ****, I cancelled the booking before time and yet I haven't received my refund yet. As per there guideline it may take from **-** days to get the refund but now it going to be * months and still no refund! I have tried calling there customer care executives more than ** times now and they always say that the airline has refunded the amount but there is a technical problem from there side and they have raised a ticket for the same. I have also shared the details for my brothers account to them and yet I haven't received anything yet.
