It been * months since i have been chasing for the refund and all i get to hear is that it is under process.I had booked flight in April and due to covid the flight got cancelled. The airline refunded full amount long back but i have got no info about the refund status except that it is under process for last * months. I have not got any details about the amount yet that would be refunded back to me as whenever i contact the customer care, they tell me different amount, neither have i got any official amount regarding the same. They are showing how big fraud business they are running. They are just breaking the trust of a customer who were booking from the agent sites rather than the official airline sites. I would never prefer booking from there personally if they do not process any refund or details regarding my hard earned amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
