Yatra.com - Refund not yet processed 90 Days passed

Yatra Booking Reference Number *************, *************, *************, ************* and *************.

My refund is not processed yet, ** days have already passed.

Everytime they are ignoring the emails and sending us canned responses.

Yatra being a travel agent company it's their responsibility to fulfil customer needs rather than waiting for the airline to respond.

The mental stress they have caused is enormous as we had paid via different method and had to reinvest money in that in order to compensate that amount.
