I have taken a zoomcar booking on) June **th ****. I have completed the booking and returned the car to zoomcar. As per the process they had taken security deposit before the booking. And after the booking they have to refund the security deposit with in ** days max which is not yet done till today. When I ask zoomcar about the refund they simply saying they have some technical glitch.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
