Dear sir/madam,
My ola booking id OET-***************-UDC***,I purchased ola S* on **.**.** by making whole payment via credit card. Then i cancelled the ola on **.**.** & booked ola S* pro by making whole payment.

For S* cancellation, I received Ola refund initiated receipt on ** Jan ** stating refund will be credited within * to ** working days. But still on **.*.****, i have not yet received the ola refund in my source account I.e one credit card.

I have already raised my concern via mail on *.**.**(ticket id *******) and reminder mail on **.**.** but there was no update/ response from ola side.

Purchase was via one credit card and now credit card bill was generated on **.**.****. If ola S* refund is not credited, my cibil score will get affected and my credibility will be in question. I cannot get loan and it will cause huge loss in my life. Penal interest will also be charged for your refund amount which will be in high rate of interest.
