I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the continuous issues I have been facing with my Ola S*X+ scooter, which I purchased last year. Since the time of purchase, I have encountered multiple recurring problems with the vehicle. Despite raising complaints and having some issues temporarily resolved, new problems keep surfacing on a regular basis.
Each time, I am forced to take time out of my work and personal commitments to visit the service center, where I have to repeatedly follow up and argue to get the issues addressed. This ongoing cycle has caused me significant inconvenience, stress, and loss of time.
To add to my frustration, yet another issue has come up today. I am thoroughly fed up with the unreliability of this scooter and the lack of a permanent resolution from your service team.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
