We got refunds from airlines on account of flight cancellation due to COVID. Goibibo kept those refunds in gocash wallet instead of transferring it back to us. On **th Jun we placed request to transfer * refunds of Rs ***** (Spicejet, PNR B*LL*F) and Rs **** (Air India, PNR- HMZ*X) (total Rs *****) to our credit card account which was used for booking. I even shared my bank details in case they are having issues with my credit card. Till date they haven't processed it and when I try to raise complaints they don't respond and close the complaint from their side. I tried raising it customer care for more than * times to arrange a call back from their supervisor, but no one calls back/ respond to mails.
