I ordered a "Flipkart SmartBuy ***° Spin Blue Bucket Mop Set with single Microfiber Refill Mop Set",
and the order was delivered with the missing item, I placed a refund for this item so many items almost * times but no one is coming to pick up, every time I call to customer support they say we have initiated your refund and pickup request nut nothing happens, now I feel mentally tortured by talking to them back and forth. kindly help me to resolve this issue.
