Shrey Sai filed complaint against Travolook on Aug 18, 2022
I have booked ticket with ‘travolook.in’ site on **th July’** which got cancelled due to fare expiration but my refund is still not credited to my account till today, **th Aug’**. I also had word with the customer care executive I have waited till now but there is no refund credited to my account. Their mail address says, ” address not found “. Then I called on their customer support number, *********** where a lady attendent old me to further wait till wednesday i.e. **th Aug for the refund.
This seems to me a fraudulent activity and as checked online got to know that there previous incidences of the similar nature done by this company.
Request to take some strict action against the people playing with public money and making mockery of the system.
