I booked a flight ticket through goibibo on * june ****. Booking ID <<GOFLDIOS**F*E**********>>. I paid through icici bank debit card and transaction id is <<VIN/IBIBO GROUP/************/***********>>.
After *-* hours of payment I received a text message from goibibo that is your booking is aborted and your refund will be initiated with in * hours.
But I did not received my refund. I tried at every platform of care services of goibibo but every time they replied that they do not have transaction details and they are facing fetching error.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
