Hi ,
I had booked a flight through yatra but the flight got cancelled by airlines which was scheuled on *-feb-****.
The air lines says to check with yatra for refund as they have already processed but Yatra keeps saying that the amout has not yet recieved by Air lines.
It's been * months I have been following up with these guys but they don't even bother to reply ..
On top of it they do not have any customer care number to reach out to them
