I had ordered a Wifi Router from Reliance Digital Online store because of the covid situation. It got delivered the next day.
Upon unboxing, I found out that the unit that I got was not the one I ordered. So I contacted the customer service of the store in my locality (from where the unit had come), they told me to come to the store and they said that they will take it back if everything that I am claiming for is genuine.
Before going to the store, I actually sent a detailed mail consisting of relevant proofs to the customer relationship manager (CRM) of that particular store (she had actually asked for it). After checking everything, they agreed to take the product back.
Now, I was supposed to get the full refund of INR ****/-. I had paid through UPI. So the CRM of the store gave me Credit Note regarding the refund and said that I would get the refund in *-** days. I waited.
But its more than ** days now, and I haven't got my full refund.
