- Refund not received Open
I booked an air ticket for Indigo airlines using Paytm vide Order # *********** . The amount paid was Rs. ****.(Rs **** using Paytm gift voucher + *** from Paytm wallet)
Due to lock down the flight was cancelled and the airline initiated full refund without any deductions. As per airline, an refund amount of INR *** was processed on ** March **** and the remaining amount was processed on ** June ****.
But Paytm failed to refund any amount. As per Paytm their charges is more than the amount paid and thus the refund amount is negative. In spite of repeated emails, they are mostly not responding to my emails.
I seek the following from the Paytm
- Refund the full amount without any deductions.
- Interest @**% for the delay in credit of the refund amount.
- Compensation of Rs **,*** for mental agony and harassment caused by this incident.
