Paytm Travels - Refund not initiated

i have booked a ticket on paytm from jaisalmer to vadodara my ticket ID is *********** from choudary travels via paytm worth RS**** and the bus operator has cancelled the ticket i have been following up with paytm since last * days my complaint ID is ******** but they were not able to provide any resolution. i am following up with them continuosly but getting the same response that the operator is not responding to them. what is my fault in that i have not travelled via bus the bus was not running and they are not providing any resolution when i am going to get the refunnd i want to register a complain and hope someone sees this and call me ********** this is my number
