I had booked my flight from raipur to chandigarh via delhi for **/**/**** via Paytm travel. Unfortunately flighy from delhi to chandigarh was cancelled by indigo for which indigo said they will provide partial refund of *,*** for the same. On contacting indigo, they said the money has been transferred to the booking agency ie Paytm. Despite raising multiple complaints on paytm and via facebook, I have not recieved any reply or call from paytm. My refund has not been given back yet
