AH Naqvi filed complaint against Zoomcar India Private Limited on Aug 1, 2020
I had booked a self drive car from Zoomcar for a ride on ** Jun. Due to change in plans I had to cancel the booking and refund was generated on ** Jun **.
Further I booked a fresh ride for ** Jun and finished my booking on ** Jun. Another refund of this ride for fuel & deposit was generated on ** Jun.
The company policy says refund will be credited within *-** days but till date (** Aug **) no refund of any of my rides has been credited. Customer care keeps delaying the initiation for next * weeks whenever you call and has stopped responding lately.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
