Summary: I had prepaid and booked a hotel. On reaching, I found out the pictures on app were of a different hotel and were vastly different from the hotel I reached. This was dated xx
I mentioned the same to OYO on that day and asked to initiate refund. They complied and I moved into another hotel.
Fast forward * months, I still have not received the refund. In the meantime, I have reached out to customer support multiple times and have received the same answer “your refund is initiated, and you will receive it within *-** days”. Please see the screenshots below and note the dates in each of them.
This is extremely unprofessional behaviour from your side, and I what should have been done within *days has not been done after * months. It has been a huge issue as I have to constantly worry and call them up for the money which I should get in the first place
I request a swift resolution for this ASAP.
