I have ordered phone via amazon on October **, ****. As the intended colour was wrong, I cancelled the order and amazon credited the amount back at *.** pm on their site. Still money not reflected in my yes bank account. * times they raised tickets and without crediting back, they said tickets has been closed on the next day itself.
