Yes Bank - Unusual Deduction of money from ATM

I am Mishel Saha my account number is *************** and this account belongs to Surajpur, Dadari Road, Gautambudh nagar, ******.
I have tried to withdrawl an amount of **** but ***** got deducted from my Yes bank salary account. This incident happened on *th January ****, at *.** p.m and I have raised a complaint too and I was given a TAT date that YES Bank will raise the charge back, when I asked them regarding the charge back they said first that the other bank (federal Bank) they are not responding, and when i called them multiple times YES bank told that the other bank (federal bank) denied and said that the money was successfully debited. I asked them to check the CCTV footage but they said for that I have to raise *rd charge back complaint. And from *th January ****, they are just giving me new TAT date. I have mailed to higher departments (Atin Khare) Nodal Officer, Ankur Bansal, they have replied only once to solve the issue, after that no one replied.
First Customer care told me that when CCTV footage will come I can check with the nearest bank (Yes bank) but when the TAT date came they didnot response.
When I visited my nearest Yes bank Atm (sec**) they said that we are doing the needful help, but actually they are not doing. I want an immediate action on this, that why I am writing this.
I have raised an complaint to RBI also now, please help me.
