Yes Bank - Wrong Transferred amount refund from Yesbank

Sir/Madam,
With due respect, I would like to bring to your notice that, on **.**.****. I had done a wrong money transactions of *****.** Rs from my Icici bank to a UPI transactions (UPI/***********/UPI/bharatpe /*******/Yes bank ltd/AXI*****aac*afde*ef***feb***be) .On the same day, I immediately called Icici bank and registered a complain on the same .The customer support team registered the issue and informed me that the amount has been blocked, It would take ** days to get the resolution however.
Post a week, I called once again to know the status about the same and I found it was not registered so far and the other customer support agent registered the complaint and she gave the reference no (************) in regards to the above issue.
I once again contacted the bank about this issue, icici bank said we have informed the beneficiary bank.
We would refund the money provided the beneficiary bank should return money.
As I could not find any help from my bank, hence I dropped an enquiry about the same to the YES bank grievance team to let them know about this issue, now the bank replied with information to contact my own account holder bank.
Finally I sent an email to the Icici bank grievance team to look into this issue. They replied me with statement the same as before , once the beneficiary bank refund the money, we would credited the money back to your account.
I sent the same email to the Yes bank grievance team to look into this issue. How ever there is no response on the same.
Hence I would like to request your interference to resolve this issue .
As I do not know the person where the amount has been wrongly transferred , hence I am also not able to contact the person .
Request you to look into this issue and help me resolve it.
