Hi i had booked air ticket from mumbai to srinagar on **jan **** through travel look site. Money deducted from my account but payment failed.msg came on screen.i received cancellation mail from travel look.that mony will be refunded within ** to ** days but still not received the money. After inquiring in my bank i was informed that money is credited to wing in travel agency's account.i have the transaction id..
Now i searched on Google and found an e mail id imiling then daily but yet not received any updates. Please help.
