WING IN TRAVEL ADVISORY PRIVATE LIMITED - Refund not processed

“On March * ****, I tried to book a flight ticket from Delhi to Mangalore on Travolook for ****. Shortly after making the payment, I received an email that said my booking was in progress and * mins later, I received another email saying that the booking was cancelled due to fare expiration. I received a call from an executive who assured me the amount would be refunded in *-* business days. However, on further investigation, I found out that this is a tactic they use to siphon money from less privileged people. The company travolook is apparently running a scam in which they don't address consumer queries at all and they refuse to give us refunds for tickets that were never booked in the first place.”
This was my Initial complaint
Update: An official from indigo airlines called, apparently the PNR wasn’t generated that means that the travel agency aka Travolook never even attempted to book the tickets in the first place. I called their customer care on March **** and their response was that they’ll credit the refund to my account within * working days and I called them on **th March **** to check the status of my refund and they said there was some sort of issue with the payment gateway and they are unable to process it. At this point I am genuinely worried about getting a refund because these guys don’t seem to value my requests at all.
I request you to please look into this matter
