I booked A flight through Goibibo on ** Nov **** with Booking ID GOFLIMOBA**CB********** Flight was cacnelled by Air Asia due to COVID-**. Hence, i had to file refund. However, its been more then one year and no refund has been processed. i received SMS that the refund will be processed through Goibibo Wallet cash. However, nothing has been done so far. I need help to get this refund.
